When I want to cheat a little bit on my diet, pizza is one of my go-to items. I discovered Pizzeria Mandara when I first started working at Manning Advertising in Wyckoff NJ.
And what I discovered was amazing. One slice that is unique to this particular pizza place is called the Fresca. It’s a thin-crust Sicilian-style pizza that has tomato sauce, sautéed zucchini, diced tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, sliced fresh onions, basil & a little mozzarella.
I also really enjoy their take on buffalo chicken pizza. I’m particular when it comes to buffalo chicken since I don’t like bleu cheese or ranch that’s typically with it. This just includes little fried buffalo chicken bites on top, which makes this cheat that much better.
If I put pizza into my diet more often, I’d definitely be a fatty eating here so often.
